What to Expect

How to plan for your appointment:

Don’t wear baggy clothing
Bring your daily active footwear (hiking, running, or lifting footwear)
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your first visit to make time for the paperwork
During your first appointment, known as an initial evaluation, the team will have a discussion with you about your plan of care and provide answers to any questions you have. Our prime objective is to help you attain complete recovery. The team will establish goals for you in your treatment plan.

How long will my first appointment take?

Generally speaking, your first appointment will last approximately an hour. Follow-up visit length will depend on various factors, including the severity of your injury, your functional goals, and your treatment plan. Whether 30 minutes or 2 hours, our effort is directed at a treatment program specific to you and your needs.

Responsibility of Payment

All services are rendered and charged to the patient receiving care and not to an insurance provider. Regardless of the insurance carrier, you are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered. You will be supplied with statements, reports or any other documents that you need to receive reimbursement from a third party. Please be advised that some services we provide are not reimbursable by insurance companies (e.g. Dry Needling, Active Release Technique, Laser Treatment). Please note that all services, supplements and supplies are 100% non-refundable.

Forms of payment accepted: credit card, debit card, check, cash, HSA or FSA.

Cancellations

Many people benefit from care and therefore, appointment times are valued. With the exception of unexpected emergencies, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any appointment charges. Failure to do so will result in a $45 no-show and a $30 late cancellation fee being charged for the appointment time that you reserved. This charge is the responsibility of you, the patient, and will not be reimbursed by an insurance policy.

Massage Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. With the exception of unexpected emergencies, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any appointment charges. Failure to do so will result in a $75 no-show and a $55 late cancellation fee being charged for the appointment time that you reserved. This charge is the responsibility of you, the patient.
